Dr. Adrian Neoh
Adrian emigrated with his family from Malaysia to Australia at the age of 6 and spent the next 15 years growing up in the south-eastern suburbs of Victoria. Once graduating with his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of Melbourne in 2004, Adrian immediately moved north in search of warmer weather and better fishing. Initially planning to stay in Newcastle for 1 or 2 years, Adrian soon fell in love with the Hunter lifestyle and his family now calls Lake Macquarie home.
Adrian’s focuses on the well-being of his patients, and provides treatment ranging from routine preventative care to oral surgery and dental implants. He understands that visiting the dentist can be overwhelming for many, and offers ‘sleep dentistry’ to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Adrian is a keen angler and enjoys spending time with his family.
Dr. Neville Bo
Dr Neville Bo graduated from the University of Liverpool (UK) in 2003 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He then joined the Royal Air Force as a dental officer for six years.
After leaving the military, he worked in general practice for four years, carrying out a mixture of private and NHS dentistry. He moved to Australia in 2013 and settled in the Newcastle area with his wife, and they now have two beautiful daughters.
He carries out all aspects of general dentistry and particularly enjoys aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. As a Member of Digital Smile Design, Dr Bo uses the latest technology to customise cosmetic dental and orthodontic cases.
Dr Bo is now also offering fixed orthodontic (braces) treatment to help straighten patients’ teeth and improve their smiles.
Occasionally, he helps out at the John Hunter Hospital with forensic dental work.
Dr. James Tran
James graduated from the University of Sydney for both his degrees and worked in Cairns for a number of years before moving back to NSW to be with family. James has a great interest in all areas of dentistry with a commitment to the highest standard of care and gentleness.
James cares for all his patients from not only a dental but a holistic point of view. In considering any dental treatment he considers your overall health and what is the best way to fit your needs to your lifestyle. He truly believes a healthy mouth is an important part of your overall health, not just in how you take care of it, but also in what you eat and drink. At the consult, James will do a thorough examination and explain any treatment options and costs. There is no pressure to do any treatment immediately.
